In the Beginning: The Northwest Chapter of the NCRS was officially founded on December 12, 1978. The members who founded the chapter and those who have governed it since, have something to be proud of. It was because of their foresight and efforts that we are able to participate in the judging and camaraderie of the National Corvette Restorers Society at a regional level. Kudos to all whom have worked hard over the years to make this Chapter what it is today.
The Website: This website was officially launched on December 7, 2008 at the Holiday Party. Please take the time to surf the site and let us know what you think. The goal of this site is to benefit the members of the Northwest Chapter. The best way that can be done is to know what you (the member) like, dislike and want to see. Please take the time to send your compliments, corrections, concerns or requests to the webmaster.
NCRS Mission: Formed in 1974, the National Corvette Restorers Society is a non-profit hobby group of 15,800+ families dedicated to the restoration, preservation, history and enjoyment of Corvettes made from the model years 1953 through 2007.
If you are looking for a 1953 - 2007 Corvette: The seller is telling you "the numbers match." Do you know what they mean? Are they truthful? Join the NCRS and learn from all of the information we have gathered in the last 38 years to make a wise decision when you purchase your Corvette.
If you already own a 1953 - 2007 Corvette: No matter what you are up to, NCRS members have been there before. Benefit from all of the information we have gathered to make better and smarter decisions as you restore and maintain your valuable Corvette.
Member Benefits: Membership in the Northwest NCRS Chapter has many benefits such as restoration techniques from professionals, technical information, and publications that can assist you in finding rare parts to restore or maintain your Corvette.
As a member of the Northwest Chapter, you’ll receive a copy of our newsletter, The Front Bumper. You also will have access to all the knowledge, help, and advice of other chapter members and the entire NCRS family to attain NCRS awards.
We hold events including technical seminars, judging schools, chapter parties, chapter meets and regional meets.
